'Sky' Themed Land Coming to Tokyo Disneyland?

With land and sea covered at Tokyo Disneyland, why not 'reach for the sky'. The potential name 'DisneySky' much like DisneySea, where the whole entire land with be themed around the sky and space. Attractions that have been suggested are simulations of flying in a jet or through space. With construction for the new land starting in 2019 and ending in 2022, you will be sure to see it soon.
