Fall Delectables Have Arrived

In the recent posts I talked about the biggest assortment of fall snacks that have made an appearance, churros. Now I'm here to talk about all the other foods and meals that are either new or returning this fall.

Starting with the actual meals joining the Bengal Barbecue at Disneyland is the Spiced Ham Musubi. The Polynesian classic is made with lemongrass jasmine rice, pineapple teriyaki sauce glazed ham, wrapped together tightly with seaweed. This meal also comes with a side of pickled daikon and carrots sprinkled with furikake flakes.

The best place in the world to buy corn dogs, Corn Dog Castle, has added another one to their menu for Halloween. The Spicy Pepper Jack Corn Dog is drizzled in blackberry sauced, dipped in corn batter, and topped with pineapple salsa, pickled serranos and crushed cheese puffs. Just go to Disneyland's California Adventure and grab yourself one.

Heading over to Carsland in California Adventure they have made a special twist to the classic mac and cheese. The Slow Burnin' Mac and Cheese may be just ordinary mac and cheese, but crushed flamin' hot cheetos are added on top to give it that extra kick.

Over in the Pacific Wharf Cafe in California Adventure another delicious dish has arrived, the Bacon Cheddar Ale Soup. This creamy bowl of soup has bacon and onions in it, served in a freshly baked bread roll.

Maurice, the beignets, hurry up. Sorry just couldn't help myself. Back in Disneyland at the Mint Julep Bar the Pumpkin Spice Beignets are pumpkin flavored and covered in powdered sugar. Definitely a must buy the next time you go to Disneyland.

Mickey bread with fangs, who wouldn't want to eat that. You can buy this bread in several places, Mortimer's Market, Boudin Bread Cart, and Pacific Wharf Cafe, so make sure you grab one before they are all gone.

That is it of all the meals and foods that are not dessert which I am totally going to eat next time I go. If I don't get the chance to try them, please let me know how they are in the comments below. Stay tuned for the next post about all the desserts that are to die for.
